Much like Chef Michael Pagliarini’s menu is a tour through the various regional styles of Italian cuisine, the bar and wine programs have been cultivated to express the richness and depth that Italy has to offer. With a vast selection of amari and wine from across Italy we aim to create a holistic dining experience that is as adventurous and sophisticated as it is pleasurable and delicious.
Sunday Cellar Selections is a weekly changing list of bargain gems from our wine cellar that deserve more attention or that are too low in quantity for placement on our full wine list.
